PLANNING : Mood board

 A mood board is an important step for me to do first since it creates a more vivid vision in my head and helps me lead up to the music video more easily. 

To roughly envision the aesthetic of the music video, here is the initial mood board;

To improve this rough collage of images I derived from Pinterest, I decided to colourize it to the colours of the song's aesthetic, to make the vision even more prominent. I also wrote little annotations to provide a clear idea of the direction I'm taking. I made this using my iPad Pro and Apple Pencil, on the software Procreate.

I attempted to specify the type of locations I will be shooting at and the time too. The orange and turquoise bring more life to the visuals. I hope to cover all the brainstorming I did here, and obviously, inevitable new ideas will be implemented too as we progress.
